The Leeds Industrial Park is a former General Motors production plant. From 1928-1988, thousands of cars were produced at this location. In 1993, investors purchased the facility and began converting the former plant into warehouse and storage spaces.

Why Leeds?
  • Convenient location—At the interchange of I-435 and I-70 in Kansas City, MO; 30 minutes from virtually every place in the Kansas City metro area.

  • Safety—On-site property management, security and maintenance. We utilize digital cameras for surveillance and electronic gates for secured access. Web accessible video surveillance negotiable in some rental locations.

  • Rail access—Three rail spurs are open to our property (serviced by Union Pacific and Kansas City Southern).

  • Flexible space—Offer 40 acres of paved and fenced outdoor storage and over 1.5 million square feet on the first floor of the main building. Many of our spaces can be customized for expansion and seasonal surges.
